Premium service package with every digital hearing aid purchase. Hearing aid services are provided by Hometown Hearing professionals in Kansas City and St. Louis. With hearing aids purchased from Hometown Hearing, you receive an extensive service package and hearing aid warranty at no additonal cost to you. With the service package, you can be assured your aids will always work at their highest level throughout their lifetime. 1. At each of our locations, we will provide: Hearing aid cleanings during stated manufacturer warranty period or extended warranty period at no cost. Updated hearing evaluations if necessary during stated manufacturer warranty period or extended warranty period (hearing test). 2. Adjustments and programming Hearing aid re-programming/adjustments are provided during stated manufacturer warranty period or extended warranty period without charge. 3. Hometown Hearing provides a Two-Year or Three-Year hearing aid warranty on all digital hearing aids During the manufacturer warranty period of your hearing instruments you pay nothing for hearing aid repair You also have the option to extend warranty coverage through Hometown Hearing. 4. Hometown Hearing provides a one-year, two-year or three-year loss/damage coverage on all digital hearing aids If digital hearing aids purchased through Hometown Hearing are lost, stolen or damaged during your coverage period, we will replace them (subject to any deductable by manufacturer).
