HEARING AID FEATURES/DEFINITIONS
Self Learning provides automatic adaptation to situation-based user volume preferences.
With Self Learning, your preferred volume, for a multitude of listening situations, is monitored and automatically applied. Loudness preferences vary between different people – and for each person over time. Loudness preferences also change in different listening situations. An effective technique to capture and apply these changes, automatically, is the Self Learning feature. |
Sound Relax quickly identifies loud transient high frequency sounds (such as the clinking of dishes or the crackling of newspaper) and quickly eliminate them, making the hearing aid experience much more comfortable. The volume reduction does not change the sound in any other way.
|
AntiShock instantly identifies and minimizes sudden impulse sounds, such as the abrupt slamming of a door, without eliminating or making the sounds unrecognizable. In addition, AntiShock is able to distinguish undesirable from desirable sounds so that speech is not impaired.
No more loud, sudden noises which can startle you and make your listening experience annoying.

Data Logging delivers detailed, real-world usage information helping you make more accurate adjustments and offer more targeted and effective counseling with your hearing professional. With data logging technology, hearing healthcare professionals can respond quickly to your observations, resulting in more successful fittings and improved satisfaction.
If/when adjustments are needed with your instruments, our professional can easier pinpoint improvements. |
Speech Enhancement improves speech clarity and the ease of listening. It identifies speech in the listening situation and increases gain in any of the bands where speech is the dominant signal. The hearing instrument identifies speech so that your conversations are more pleasant and clearer. |
